Is human DNA 97% extraterrestrial?

I've just come across a very interesting article, about scientific research which seems to suggest that human DNA is little more than software installed by extraterrestrials. In other words, we're just organic computers. Normally I'd be amused by such a suggestion, but this intriguing article is written in a very persuasive way. Although I don't fully understand the logic of the article, it certainly has the capacity to make a reader think. Check it out - it's a good read (PDF file, requires Adobe Reader, which you can download here).

I remember that one! We ran it on Book of THoTH on the front page a good long while ago after getting it as a submission, theoretically from one of the researchers.

I remember looking into it, and while I don't doubt the premise of the article at all, the way it was written made me think hoax. However, I looked up the names, and as many details as I could at the time, and I think it all checked out. Nice find!

Thanks :). I love reading articles like that, even if they are possibly hoaxed or based on bad science. I guess I just enjoy the weirdness!
